Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

We conduct quality checks before dispatching every order. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us at support@mummaceo.com within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or appropriate resolution.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners may attempt delivery multiple times. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to collect the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders returned to us, re-shipment will be processed only after advance payment of the order value and applicable shipping charges.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Maharashtra.
